It's been awhile...

So I started this thing in hopes to use it often, and even begged Jon Letoto to put me on his ever so prestigious "Blogging Buddies" list, so I apologize to any of those who were hoping that I would write some exuisite material. I promise I will take this thing a little more serious in the near future.

Christmas Time = Great Memories

I just finished one of the very few "family traditions" that my family has left, and that was putting up our Christmas Tree. Every year we will haul down our fake tree from the attic, and our big box of ornaments and set them up as we take trips down memory lane, remembering the significance of each ornament. One of the funny things is, I found this ornament I made in preschool(16 years ago) and my parents start cracking up. I think I may take a picture of it, and post it on here at some point. All it is, is this green piece of cardboard shaped like a tree, that has glue stains all over it. Probably one of the ugliest things ever created. I was never much of an art guy growing up. But I think my parents loved it at the time, or at least they told me they did. So in this Christmas season, I want to encourage all of you to not forget the little things in life, and not to take for granted the time that you have with your family, because you never know when it could be your last.
